It is now 12 years after Bell wrote his paper, so you are entitled
to argue that some of his prophecies aren't being realized.  On the
other hand, the elimintion of paper may require technologies that
are yet to come, i.e. feasible but not yet available.  What is required
for the elimination of paper?  What is the best that might be done?
What is feasible today?
